Any mums experience tail bones feeling painful even when lying flat or sitting down after birth? I tried numerous massage of no help is there any suggestions?

You can try to apply an ice pack to the sore area a few times a day everyday, sit using the support of a pillow or wedge, or sitting on a firm surface and shifting your weight between your left and your right.
