Any idea to what happen on my lo skin? This few days his stomach and leg has been appear reddish like this,could it be eczema or ring worm?

It's best to see doctor, i thought my daughter have eczema, but the doctor Google something else for me and say, it's look similar to eczema but it's not eczema. Hence ask me to see specialist. Hence it's best to seek advise from doctor but usually they will give you steroid cream to heal it fast, once heal stop using.
