I put is sa lampin tapos yung ang nginangat ngat ni baby. It works! Just make sure that the ice is made with distilled water po goodluck! :)

Pwedeng magfreeze ng brrastmilk. Paramg gagawing popsicle. Or Bumili ng teether tas ilalagay sa ref bago palamigin. Pwede din yung gel ng tinybuds.
