Vomiting and diarrhea

Anu po kaya dapat kung gawin im 8 weeks pregnant at suka ako ng suka lahat ng intake ko pati water tas sobrang sakit na tyan ko upper part ng tummy ko, tas last night ng diarrhea na rin ako which is puro water. Please help me.. thanks and God Bless stay safe
