Sis, sa first check up bibigyan ka na ng advise ng doctor. Pero just to help out here are the things na niremind ako: No soda No milk tea No junk food No raw food Stay away from fast food and high fat food-cook your own food Less high sugat content food. Tikim tikim lang like for chocolates, cakes, candies Stay away from canned goods and food with preservatives. Regulate your fruits some have very high sugar content. Drink milk specifically for pregnant women Avoid inhaling smoke If di maiwasan like hotdog, bacon, nuggets, Bawiin sa mas maraming veggies. Never forget your prenatal vitamins. AND stay positive! With the help of your husband and family for sure.
Mdami sis, try to maximize google or meron din sa app n toh with the list of foods that is best and not for pregnant women... normally before i eat something, nireresearch ko muna if pwde ba un sa pregnant or hindi :)
Bawal ma stress. Bawal yosi or kahit makalanghap ng nag yoyosi. Iwas muna sa junkfoods. Pag matutulog ka mas better naka tagilid ka left side.
Iwas sa raw food, caffeine, bawal mga mabigat na gawain. Iwas sa sweet at salty food. 😊 wag magpaka stress.
