My LO used to have that. Sabi ni pedia it is normal but if you are eating too much malalangsa it may also due to that. Simula nung nagkaganyan si LO always na kami naglalagay lotion (since 2 weeks old) - Aveeno baby. Pero para matanggal yan eto binigay ni pedia
