Anong monday fitspiration nyo mga momsh 😁... share ko lang na katatapos ko lang ng 40minutes walking workout..since i had my op hnd ko nagagawa ung same workout routine that i used to do before bago ako naging 100kg 😂😂😂😂 Kya since August 17..I started to cut carbo and do more exercise..pero dahil takot ako na bumuka ung tahi ko and since laging paalala ng mother ko na wag magbubuhat ng mabigat..i take ot seriously tlga so super light work out lang na siguradong papawisan ka tlga 😁#1stimemom #momlife

Wow! nakaka inspired naman mommy. CS din po ako (2018) and I never tried any form of exercise since then. My height is 5'6" and my pre pregnancy weight was 55 kg. Now, my weight is almost 80 kg. Gained almost 30 kg in a span of two years. I'm taking anti depressants medicine and mood stabilizer as well due to my two types of depression so it's a factor din sa pag gain ko ng weight dahil yun ang side effects noon just to be sane. What I'm currently doing is cutting my calories intake, not just carbo. Good luck mommy! 💛 #BalikAlindogProgram

thank you ...ako din po eh from 80kg nging 105 ako after giving birth... at parang na stuck na 90-95kg hnd n nabago 😂

Push mommy! Ako, pregnancy work out sa youtube , thrice a week. Magpapawis lang. And today, my 32 weeks I'm starting to do 20squat everyday, hope so matuloy tuloy ko. Minsan kasi nakakatamad
