CS Mom workout
Anong monday fitspiration nyo mga momsh 😁... share ko lang na katatapos ko lang ng 40minutes walking workout..since i had my op hnd ko nagagawa ung same workout routine that i used to do before bago ako naging 100kg 😂😂😂😂 Kya since August 17..I started to cut carbo and do more exercise..pero dahil takot ako na bumuka ung tahi ko and since laging paalala ng mother ko na wag magbubuhat ng mabigat..i take ot seriously tlga so super light work out lang na siguradong papawisan ka tlga 😁#1stimemom #momlife
