in my case po momshie, nakaside lang po paghiga ko, left over right/ left side with pillow po na pwede mo ihig.. wag ka po magtihaya.. tsaka avoid too much exposure po sa lamig (aircon) or sa hangin (electric/ceiling/wall fan) or
look up mga yoga stretching sa YouTube for pregnant women marami nakaka ginhawa na position like Cat Cow, or Child's Pose etc.

Sakin naman po mga hindi heavy na exercise. Then un wag nyo pong hayaang matgal kayong nakahiga lang or nakaupo.
