Iwasan po ang pagkain ng liver during pregnancy. It contains pre-formed vitamin a (retinol) which is harmful for the baby and may cause miscarriage or birth defects. Make sure po na pag nagttake ng iron, hindi po sinasabay sa calcium supplement dahil hindi po ito maabsorb nang mabuti ng ating katawan. To be sure po, also take iron at least 1 hr before or 2 hrs after meals. Nakakaapekto rin po sa absorption pag full po ang stomach natin.

kindly limit ang pagkain ng atay kapag buntis. take iron supplement on empty stomach for better absorption. take it atleast 30min (1hr is better) before eating.
