Hirap sa pagdumi

Ano po pwede kainin or iumin para mas madali pong madumi at maging araw araw, in a natural way. Medyo hirap na po ako dumumi since 7mos until now turning 8 mos, by next week. I drink more 2 ltrs of water everyday pero wala pong chances. Thank you po. Sana po may makapansin.

maraming tubig at yakult po ang effective sakin mga 2-3 times lang ako nahirapan dumumi nung nagstart ako mag take ng 1 yakult per day tapos more water intake di nako nahirapan sa pagdumim try nyo din po
