No particular naman basta wag lang sobra. Iwas nalang rin sa alcohol. Too much caffeine din hindi ok. May time na sobrang dami ko nakain na sweets ng ilang araw kaya si baby hindi masyado makatulog hehe

Alcohol for sure, spicy food, caffeinated drinks. It’s passed on kasi sa milk. Also check the app’s food guide feature to know if the food is ok for breastfeeding. Search mo lang
