Less rice, palitan mo n lng mamsh ng cereal and oatmeal.. Better pa yun lalo n kung nakakaexperience ka ng constipation.. More on veggies then sa fruits but not the grapes and mangoes specifically, mataas kasi sugar level ng mga yun.. No to sweets and salty foods..
