Ano po best foods to consume to avoid constipation? Grabe yung constipation ko ngayon, sa eldest ko naman di ganto nun preggy ako. 2 to 3L a day po water intake ko and I eat foods with fiber as much as I can po kaso hirap pa din talaga mag poop.
