Walang pinag bawal sakin yung OB ko noon you can have sweet and cold drinks, I remember when I was still pregnant i always have sweet and cold drinks EVERYDAY as in. Both my OB in PH and US said that as long as you have a balanced diet you can have all the sweet and cold drinks that you want and always take vitamins. Now I have a handsome healthy and perfect baby boy!
