Ano ba safe inumin during preggy days..nakakasawa na tubig nalang palagi...ayaw ko naman mag softdrinks..#theasianparentph #pregnancy

When i was preggy i like super cold drinks. Fresh pure Buko juice (no added sugar), prune juice (because i was constipated), mga fresh fruit shakes but no sugar/syrup (strawberries, avocado, melon), mga fruit juices na nabibili sa grocery (motts apple juice, welch grape juice) check mo mga ingedients less or no added preservatives or sugar is better.

sis much better buko juice, orange juice, tapos minsan mag smoothies ka wag masyadong matamis at wag masydong malamig yung refreshing lang. Yakult maganda din yan para di rin constipated.

Gawa ka smoothies. Fruit or veggie of your choice, then lagyan mo milk and ice tapos iblend mo. ❤ Healthy na, refreshing pa.

recommend kba ng ob mo uminom ng gatorade, yakult , yogurt ... basta more water therapy , kht once a day milk

blend k ng fruits haluan mo ng milk, ice .. absolutely safe

buko juice, kapag miryenda tym naman buko shake..😊 yan po gustong gusto ko now .😅
