Di pa ako na/manganganak, but I’ve made a list na: Birth certificat ko and ni hubby Marriage certificate Government IDs and documents (Philhealth, SSS) All lab tests and ultrasound results since day 1 Copy of all of our medicine prescription This might be incomplete though.
