Happy New Year!

New Year's resolution ko is to love myself, so I can take care of others. Clinically diagnosed with severe depression, bipolar disorder with panic attacks and anxiety. Currently on medication and still attending my regular visit to my Psychiatrist.

Wala rin ako momsh..mula pa kase dati ng highschool pa ko palage may newyears resolution pero wala naman ni isa dun natutupad ko..haha kaya much better wala nalang para di ko nadidisappoint sarili ko..

New year's resolution ko is, magpakatotoo at iwasang maging Topakin. Mahalin ng sobra ang Pamilya 't anak ko 💖
