Mucus plug or not

Ang mucus plug po ba may kasamang blood?? May lumabas po kc sakin na ganito.. Im 38 weeks pregnant.. Pananakit ng puson at balakang ang nararamdaman pero di pa as in masakit at tuloy tuloy.. Thanks po and Godbless#advicepls
