Ang lagi dumumi ung duming dumi kana pero ang sakit sakit ? ano po kaya dapat gawen ?

Ripe papaya po kumain ka, eat ka na rin ng oatmeal kahit ihalo mo nalang sa gatas mo, kasi ako nagkahemoriods pa nga ako, oatmeal sa morning oatmeal sa hapon kaya ayun, nawala hemoroids ko

Inom ka po water up to 3L kahit nasusuka ka na sa tubig inom lang kasi kulang 2L sa preggy. Eat ka po ma fiber foods like fruits, oats or cereal na hindi mataas sugar content.

Mamsh, 3 liters of water a day. I tell you never ka mahihirapan mag poops. Proven and tested. Twice a day kapa mag poops. 😊

Kaen ka fiber rich foods mas madali ka makakadumi....as of now wag iire at inom lang lagi tubig

Kain ka ng orange fruit saka yakult

Prune juice effective

Eat oatmeal po
