Hi, Mommy! Don’t stress yourself too much. As per my OB, less carbs, more on protein. Especially eggs. Eggs are good source of protein and mabilis makapagpalaki kay baby. Boiled egg, so less fats din from oil. Avocado din is also good for the baby. Lean meat, poultry, seafood. Iwas lang sa carbs & sweets. :)
