same tayo ng case. 11 kgs na nagain ko since nagbuntis pero yung weight ni baby late ng 1 week. niresetahan ako ng OB ko ng amino acid. pero di ko sinunod. haha. ang ginawa ko nagdiet ako. less rice at sweets. more on protein. hardboiled egg at chicken. ngayon medyo nahabol ko na weight ni baby. late na lang ng 2 days hehe pero naglose ako ng 2 kgs. pero syempre may kasamang walking exercise ito kahit 30 mins a day or every other day.

Hi, Mommy! Don’t stress yourself too much. As per my OB, less carbs, more on protein. Especially eggs. Eggs are good source of protein and mabilis makapagpalaki kay baby. Boiled egg, so less fats din from oil. Avocado din is also good for the baby. Lean meat, poultry, seafood. Iwas lang sa carbs & sweets. :)
