Heat rash

Although it's not very hot these days my child has got a heat rash. Any remedies?

Apply rash cream if you have. Use normal water to wipe/bath. You can use cetaphil baby shower gel. Wear cotton material. It will go away after few days If getting serious, better go see doc.
