Leg swelling after childbirth

It is almost one week.  My legs are still swelling.  especially in the evenings.  had C-section before 1 week? is that the reason?

yup its normal. water retention. rmb cesarean is a major surgery that cuts through 7 layers of our body so give urself time to heal. swelling will go away eventually. take care!
