Alam nyo bang umabot sa 130 ang nagkasakit at 68 ang namatay dahil sa meningococcal disease sa bansa taong 2019. Tumaas ito ng 15% kumpara sa datus noong 2018 na 113 ang nagkasakit at 57 ang namatay. Ngunit mapipigilan natin ang sakit na ito sa pamamagitan ng pagpapabakuna. Sabi nga prevention is better than cure.
