what age accurate ang IQ assessment?

at the age of 2 yrs old and 4 months, my daughter can identify the alphabet and their sounds, numbers 1-40, shapes, and animals. she already read simple words like cvc, names of colors, and animals. she loves to sing, she can sing not only nursery rhymes but also Christmas songs, at kahit ibang kanta basta marinig niya ng 2-3 times kaya niya na kantahin. minsan nga napapacheck ako sa google kung tama yung lyrics e, tama yung lyrics na binibigkas kahit medyo bulol. may mga nagsasabi lang sa akin na ipaassess ko daw ang IQ. #firstmom

Hi Mommy, I am a registered Psychometrician. There is IQ test na pwed ma assess sa age ng baby mo.. But I think hindi lang IQ test need i-assess, baka mental ability test dapat ibigay sa anak niyo, yung IQ test isa lang kasi yung assessment nun for Intelligence lang. There are other factors po kasi na need i-consider why advanced po ang anak niyo so either IQ assessment or Mental Ability. Ipa assess niyo po muna sa Child Psychologist they will be able to know po.
