Hello again po. Just want to ask to those who had CS. Ganu nyo po katagal sinuot ung binder na ginamit after the surgery?

Hi cs ako but im not sure until when gagamitin. But my plan is to use it hanggang sa bumalik na sa normal ang tummy ko ☺️

    Ako din po. 5th day today. Nahirapan aq mag breastfeed with binder.
