Breasts become smaller after stop breast feeding

After stop Breast Feeding my breast became smaller and shaggy.. even smaller than before. How to do:( ? Is there any way can make it better?

Try the all time remedy papaya milk. Also I heard green papaya cook with red wine, I tried this before, not tasty though.
