no breastmilk

after i gave birth i really dont have much breastmilk. as in not even 1 once. i do drink malunggay w/milo and take malunggay capsule as well still nothing happens. now my baby is 5 weeks old is there a way i can have my milk. i really wsnt to breastfeed my baby

Pump after every feeding, or every 2 hours.. Kahit walang milk lmalabas, pump lang.. Tapos after bottle feed, ipalatch sandali kay baby.. Eto dn po
