Usually after 6 weeks postpartum, but could be earlier or later, depending on when you're cleared by your OB. Just take note that this does not solely rely on your stitches, but also on your cervix, vagina, ans uterus slowly recovering and shrinking back to its normal size. Sex while you're still recovering can sometimes lead to infection so it's best to wait til you're cleared.
