Hi all after 1st day baby circumcision can let the penis wet for bath or avoid water?

My gynae advised it's ok to let it come into contact with water but no soap. Do clean it with sterile water (the one used to clean wound tt u can buy frm Guardian) but make sure it's dry before putting on diaper.
