check baby's latch. usually at the beginning of bf journey, there can be pain and discomfort but goes away as you and baby get the hang of it. happy latching 🤱
rule of thumb pagpapa subuin na si baby yung nose niya ang nakatapat sa nipple mo. para pag ngumanga patingala sakto sa subo niya at maganda ang latch
