Identify your stressors. Avoid as much as you can but if not, learn to talk your feelings and emotions towards your significant others. Watch videos that made you happy. Yoga as part of relaxation works for others, it might work as well to you. Try to have variety of diversions. Most of all, exercise if pwed naman.
