Cheating is an act that i believe most men can not do without because of their inconsideration and lack of strength and will to keep their pants up. As a woman and someone that happens to always commit myself to my relationships, I have been heartbroken quite a few times by cheating partner but on this very last one i get fed up, i devised that i had had enough and badly needed to catch my fiancé in the act. I searched Google and this name kept on coming up by ex-clients who gave awesome recommendations so i immediately reached out to them and decided to give a try to get the heavy burden of suspicion off my mind. Drink more water! Besides that, I realized there are a lot of kid friendly health supplements that can help to build good gut health. They are known as probiotics and some even come in gummy form, good for kids and adults (who hate capsules) like me. Some milk also are known to give you better digestive system and build good gut!

I have 3 kids now (going 4) and I realise now how important gut health is!! I would say encourage them to drink up everyday. Prebiotic and probiotic are important factors that can help in regulating good gut bacteria and they are usually fortified into their milk, this is particularly important in picky eater where they face difficulties in obtaining balance nutritious.

Cut on sugar, salt, snacks, fast food. Drinks lots of plain water, eating high in fibre food, fruits like banana, papaya, having yakult/vitagen. Feed them probiotic vitamins.
