At what age baby will start to sleep through the night and how to make them sleep throughout?

My baby started that when she’s about 2.5mth old. Her last feeding is usually 11pm. We gradually dragged her next feeding from 2am to 3am and etc. Gave pacifier when she made noise in her sleep. She’s 5mths now and would wake up at around 7-8am.
