Help!! 2.5months having fever and cough for 2 days. Do we bring him to the hospital?

Can sponge him, paste fever patches on forehead, armpits, neck and back to see if you are able to bring the fever down first. If fever persist, bring baby to hospital. Unfortunately there’s no cough medicine 2.5m..

Hv you bring baby to any nearest GP? Let them see first and perform ART, den ask e dr if needed to send hospital
