Does a husband have any rights over his wife's personal savings?

Why does he gets agitated when i said i paid all of my savings to my father who already spent tens.. twenty of thousands of dollars on me during when i was taking my private diploma?

Honestly, no. Your money is your money. Unless ofc if desperate situation and the wife agress to chip in.or atleast for me. My husband never ask about my savings at all.
