Pregnancy appetite

Any advice how to overcome pls? Im currently about 6 weeks pregnant. Kept having the constant feeling of hungriness and at certain point felt like im gonna have gastric pain but do not have any appetite and unable to eat much. Sometimes the hungriness caused me to gag alot too. Especially in the morning, am only able to drink a cup of milk and thats all. On certain days when im able to eat slightly more, like a full bowl of rice, i would still feel very hungry after eating but not able to swallow down any more food. #advicepls #pleasehelp

This is happening due to the hormone change. Try to have small portion more often.
