Knape nk ambik benda2 mcm tu? Better u ambik real food @ minimize benda2 yg tinggi garam nie @ pantang makan benda2 yg tinggi garam... Did u even know jus2 tu bukan ada lulusan kkm pun. X takut ke consume masa skarang, akan dtg menyebabkan kidney failure lah, kerosakan hati lah... Or its better u pergi change lifestyle. Maybe its work for others, what if suddenly u consume things get worse in ur body... Nnt nk menyesal pun x guna.
