Oh no..u must feel terrible. I didn't have PUPP,but I itched like mad as well. I found 2 things tt helped:
1) cutting out seafood - I am allergic to prawns and scallops, but during pregnancy,those made my itch tt much worse. I had to very conscientiously not eat them. Prawns especially are found in a lot of food, such as sambal, some soup stocks, caifan veg (dried shrimps)
2) spamming suu balm. I spammed suu balm so much, even applying to my tummy coz the stretching of the skin was also itchy. Used 2 full bottles.
Staying in air con environment also helped.
