trying to conceive ?

75 kilos ?, nakakaapekto ba ang katabaan, because we're trying to conceive for a baby boy. I'm 37 years old a couple of mos.turning 38 . Nagstart mag diet . . . ???And nagpills ako for almost 8 years. Need some advice and tips. Thank you!
