Bleeding in 7 weeks

7 weeks pregnant. 2 ultrasound done gestational sac until now, then nag bleeding ako. Blighted Ovum as per OB, ibig sabihin po ba ndi magtutuloy ang pregnancy ko?. #1stimemom
