Puree vegetables po muna mommy tapos mga fruits. Puro walang seasoning. Pag vegetable kasi una ipakain hindi picky si baby. Una ko pinakain sa baby ko puree steamed baguio beans for 3 days 2x a day. Tapos pea puree, squash, carrots, avocado. Baby ko ngayon hindi picky sarap kumain lalo na pag gulay at fruits.
smash veggies .. ibukod nio po ng pakulo like patatas.. wag po ung may halong seasoning .. ung pula ng itlog na nilaga ung medio lusaw pa pwd dn po.

Steamed veggies. Potatoes, Chayote, Carrots without seasoning. All pureed.
Recommend ng pedia first daw na ipapakain kay baby smashed avocado :)
