4 month old feeding

Hi my 4 month old sleeps at 8pm and wakes up at 7am. He always sleeps straight and everytime we wake him or try to dream feed him he gets grumpy. He never drinks his milk even if it has been 12 hrs. Is this normal? It has been 4 days he's like this.

We also ask our pedia bout that mommy. In our case our baby sleeps at 7:30 and wakes up at 5:30. But she said, we HAVE to feed the baby. She also mentioned hypoglycemia were in the baby’s blood sugar could fall down if not feed for about 5 hours. Good thing our baby, even sleeping, could drink her milk.
