Carry Heavy Thing

Can 3rd trimester carry heavy stuff? Actually not that heavy just that tube of vitagen plus some fruit and vegetable. I didn't expect to b heavy for two bags. Went nearby ntuc and although short distance like 10min walk. I feel back and lower pelvic pain when back. Very worried. Is it I hurt myself n bb?
