39weeks & 4days pero no pain pa din po ako. Inom pa din ako ng pineapple then squat. Any tips po para makaraos nako? ๐๐

dont over stress mommy, your body will experience it when its time. kanya-kanyang labor and delivery stories yan mommy. continue your exercise but do not over do it. and take some rest mommy para pag need mo na mag push, you have enough energy
