Acid reflux
At 38 weeks + 1 and still struggling daily with acid reflux. Medicine to tame it barely works these days to ease the reflux. Anyone else going through the same thing? What do you do about it?

If medications are not working to reduce your acid reflux symptoms, your doctor may recommend other treatments such as lifestyle changes, dietary modifications, and natural remedies. Lifestyle changes may include avoiding certain foods, eating smaller meals, and avoiding lying down after eating. Dietary modifications may include avoiding spicy foods, acidic foods, and fatty foods. Natural remedies may include drinking herbal teas, taking probiotics, and eating foods that are high in fiber.
