Am 38 week 3 days now. I am having period like cramps and stomach ache that feels like i need to poop on and off since morning. Have started counting cramps and it’s around 25-30 mins apart lasting 1-2mins. Is this contractions? And am i in labour if so when to head down to hospital? #pleasehelp #firsttimemom #firstbaby
