37 weeks na today yung tiyan ko & nung monday lumabas na yung mucus plug 🙈 nagpa IE na ako kanina sa Center at ang sabi matagal pa raw at malayo pa :'( Is it effective na pampa ripen ng cervix yung pineapple? #advicepls #advicepls #pleasehelp #pregnancy #firstmom

nope. mas okay pa din po ang squat, walking at intercourse with hubby (if di maselan pag bubuntis, sinuggest din ni OB sakin) at primrose oil sa pwerta
