My 3 years old toddler doesn't like to pee in the toilet bowl. she always will pee to the to toilet

My 3 years old toddler doesn't like to pee in the toilet bowl. she always will pee to the to toilet floor. when she go school she won't even want to pee in the toilet bowl. any advice on what should I do? so that she can be diapers free
