Papaya po, tapos yung isang buo, hatiin mo po sa apat. 1 slice lang po kainin mo, observe mo muna, hindi kasi pwede marami kainin, kung buntis, if hindi naman buntis pwede marami.

My article dito sa tap na papaya at pinya dapat in moderation lang kain pag buntis. Mag tubig ka na lang momsh tas high fiber na gulay po.

Try mo avocado, papaya hinog, peras or pakwan.. Nakakatulong po mga yan
