6.5 months baby refusing purées

Hi, 2nd time mom here! Anybody’s baby rejecting purées and prefer harder textures like a drumstick, mango pit etc.? My firstborn loves his purées at 6pm the and moved on to more textured food and BLW by 9 months. But my 2nd born is so different. He gives off a disgusted look whenever I feed him purées and seems to like the tougher texture food. Any tips?
